All articles published by OTO Open are fully open access: immediately freely available to read, download and share. Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery offers authors an open access option called OnlineOpen, to have their article immediately freely available to everyone, including those who don’t subscribe. To cover the cost of publishing these open access articles, authors pay an article publication charge (APC).
Members of the American Academy of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery (AAO-HNS) are eligible for 20% discount on APCs for OTO Open and for hybrid open access (OA) articles in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.
