Preparing for the convergence of attendees from around the globe for the AAO-HNSF 2023 Annual Meeting & OTO Experience, we have secured hotel blocks at 25 properties within a mile radius of the Music City Center, the Nashville, Tennessee, convention center where a majority of events and education are happening.
Why Book?
The AAO-HNSF negotiated special room rates well in advance of the current calendar of events happening in the city outside of the Annual Meeting program. Nashville is a popular destination and will be even more so with home football games for both Vanderbilt University and the Tennessee Titans as well as popular artists performing during the time frame of the Annual Meeting. As a result, publicly available rates are likely now to be significantly higher than the rates our block offers.
Staying in the block also ensures networking is easier and enjoyable because AAO-HNSF-contracted hotels host many Annual Meeting participants. Plus, it can give you peace of mind that you have a reservation at an official Annual Meeting hotel at a discounted rate and protection in the event the hotel has oversold guest rooms.
Additionally, staying at one of our contracted hotels is important to our organization and ultimately to you as a valued AAO-HNS member. When you “book within the block,” you help us keep meeting costs as low as possible, thus enabling us to provide some of the important and valued features meeting attendees have come to enjoy. Furthermore, booking a hotel room outside the block means a contracted room goes unsold and therefore weakens our negotiating power in the future.
*For those booking in the AAO-HNSF hotel block, shuttle bus transportation is included unless the hotel is within walking distance. Any hotel located four blocks or more (+0.5 miles) from the convention center will offer a shuttle service. We offer a $50 shuttle pass for sale to any registered attendee.

Cancellation Policy: All reservation changes must be submitted online or in writing via email to aaohnsfhousing@spargoinc.com by September 7, 2023, at 5:00 pm (ET). After this date, you must contact your assigned hotel directly. If you need to cancel your reservation(s), you must do so at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled check-in date. If you do not cancel your hotel reservation(s) at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled check-in date or if you fail to check-in on your confirmed check-in date, your first night's room and tax will not be refunded.
