OTO Forum Is on the Move to Louisville

For the first time, the AAO-HNS/F 2026 OTO Forum is heading to Louisville, Kentucky.

From the AAO-HNSF

Oto Forum2026 1500x845The third annual OTO Forum will take place March 20-21, 2026, in Louisville, Kentucky. This increasingly popular spring event brings together private practice leaders, academic faculty, residents, practice administrators, and health professionals from across the specialty who are eager to sharpen their strategic, operational, and financial acumen.

Academy leadership specifically chose Louisville—an exciting change over our headquarter city of Alexandria, Virginia—for its remarkable accessibility. It's well-connected via air travel or within a comfortable driving distance for many, either in private practice or academics, or even privademics (listen to the Privademics Voices of Otolaryngology podcast recording at the 2025 OTO Forum)!

Don’t Take Our Word for It—Listen to Your Colleagues

We could go on and on about why we think the OTO Forum has become a “must-attend” for members but read what your colleagues have to say about the extraordinary opportunities available at the OTO Forum.

Gold Headshot“OTO Forum delivers practical, high-impact learning that immediately elevates your practice. It’s a focused, efficient conference designed for otolaryngologists who want real-world solutions—not theory. It’s the most streamlined, relevant, and practice-changing meeting of the year. Walk away with actionable clinical updates and proven strategies you can use in your clinic on Monday morning. This is a rare chance to collaborate, compare notes, and grow your professional network in a focused environment.”

Daniel R. Gold, MD, 2025–2026 OPPS Chair

Dr Annette Pham“The OTO Forum is more intimate than the Annual Meeting, which makes for a great setting for informal conversations about best practices with subject matter experts in all things related to the business of medicine. One of my favorite things about attending [the meeting] is the longer coffee breaks between sessions where I can learn and candidly share pearls and pitfalls with my colleagues from all around the country.”

Annette M. Pham, MD, 2025–2026 OPPS Immediate Past Chair

Dsc00325 Edit Eli Groppo“As the managing partner for my practice, I have found the OTO Forum to be the perfect event to network and discuss solutions to common business challenges. I believe it is the best meeting for covering the administrative, financial, and regulatory challenges that we face as otolaryngologists.”

Eli R. Groppo, MD, 2025–2026 OPPS Chair-Elect

Perkins Photo“OTO Forum bridges the gap between clinical training and real-world practice ownership. For those early in their careers, in both small and large practices, it’s an invaluable opportunity to learn, connect, and build a solid foundation for long-term success.”

Nora W. Perkins, MD, 2025–2026 OPPS First Vice Chair and Business of Medicine Committee (BOM) Chair

Reh Headshot“OTO Forum delivers essential, up-to-date information for otolaryngologists, particularly those in private practice. Its educational panels address a wide range of topics, including payment reform, strategies for developing ancillary revenue streams, practice expansion and optimization, and advances in technology and IT that support improved efficiency and performance.”

Douglas D. Reh, MD, 2025–2026 OPPS Second Vice Chair
