Committee Chair Yelizaveta (Lisa) Shnayder, MD, and committee members Katherine R. Kavanagh, MD, Margo M. McKenna Benoit, MD, and G. Nina Lu, MD, recommend the library resources for personal enjoyment and enlightenment, and as subjects for discussion among colleagues and peers, perhaps through establishment of a local book club in your institution!

The library references a wide variety of more than 20 texts written on the topics of Leadership, Resiliency, Negotiation, Imposter Syndrome/Gender Gap, Time Management, and more. Titles include:

  • Difficult Conversations: How to Discuss What Matters Most
  • Between Grit and Grace
  • Daring Greatly
  • Finding Your Own North Star
  • Good Leaders Ask Great Questions
  • Know Your Value
  • The list goes on!
