WIO Day is held annually on March 8 in conjunction with International Women’s Day.

WioWIO Day is held annually on March 8 in conjunction with International Women’s Day, a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women, as well as a time to recognize the remarkable achievements of women in otolaryngology around the world. As part to the celebration, WIO members celebrated together and shared testimonials about their colleagues, which are posted on the Academy webpage of acknowledgments.
