Be Part of the Specialty’s Premier Event

The AAO-HNSF 2025 Annual Meeting & OTO EXPOSM, October 11–14, 2025, in Indianapolis, Indiana, is the flagship gathering for otolaryngologists worldwide. It’s more than a meeting; it’s an opportunity to influence the specialty’s future by sharing your expertise and insights with peers across practice settings and subspecialties.

Through the Call for Science, open until January 20, 2025, you can submit proposals that will shape the meeting’s education program and reflect the diverse span of the field. Whether you’re a practicing clinician, resident, medical student, or advanced practice provider, your contributions matter.

Why These Leaders in Otolaryngology Participate

Kathleen C. Y. Sie, MDKathleen C. Y. Sie, MD“I have been involved with the AAO-HNS since starting residency training in 1984! The AAO-HNSF Annual Meeting is a great venue to present scholarly work and share ideas with colleagues because so many otolaryngologists from around the world attend. It is also a great venue to stay connected to colleagues and friends in other subspecialties,” shared Kathleen C. Y. Sie, MD, chief of pediatric head and neck surgery at Seattle Children’s Hospital, director, University of Washington (UW) Medicine Childhood Communication Center, professor of head and neck surgery (UW), and director of the American Board of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery.

Gregory W. Randolph, MDGregory W. Randolph, MD“The Academy is our professional home. The Annual Meeting not only allows us to keep up with the latest breaking clinical and surgical progress of our great field of otolaryngology-head and neck surgery, but also is the forum for presenting state-of-the-art research. In my research career, I have found the AAO-HNSF Annual Meeting—more than any other research presentation venue—gets your work “out there” before your colleagues both national and international. There is no opportunity for a broader audience to share your data with than this meeting. That has been my experience,” said Gregory W. Randolph, MD, past AAO-HNF/S President, and professor of otolaryngology-head and neck surgery, Harvard Medical School.

Anand K. Devaiah, MDAnand K. Devaiah, MD“I am fortunate to have had the opportunity to present scientific findings and educational content at the AAO-HNS Annual Meeting. It is a fantastic forum that crosscuts our entire field by specialty, practice type, and geography. It is the only meeting where you can broadly connect with otolaryngologists, otolaryngology advanced practice providers, trainees, industry partners, and government representatives,” shared Anand K. Devaiah, MD, professor of otolaryngology-head and neck surgery and neurological surgery, Boston University School of Medicine. “The fact that there is strong international participation adds to the richness and opportunities. With such depth and breadth of attendees, it makes presenting at the Annual Meeting a pleasure and privilege. I have made many connections and developed collaborations through presenting, making it one of my “must-attend” professional meetings.”
