AAO-HNS looks forward to welcoming newly matched residents to the specialty on Match Day 2022, March 18. Tell us why you’re proud to be an ENT, why you love the specialty, what drew you to otolaryngology-head and neck surgery, or your Match Day story by sharing your stories, photos, and videos on social media using #IAMOTO and tagging @aaohns on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.

Program Directors: Help the Academy showcase the new faces of the specialty! Invite your new and current OTO matches to send a photo or short video on or leading up to Match Day sharing why matching otolaryngology is important to them.
