CMS provides ICD-10 resources

As mandated by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), the ninth revision of the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and related health problems (ICD-9) was updated to the 10th revision (ICD-10).

The required deadline for the transition from ICD-9 to ICD-10 has been effective since October 1, 2015. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) provide official resources that can support your organization and systems with the continuing ICD-10 transition. The following resources can help analyze, track, and improve your ICD-10 progress.
