Global ENT Community Gears Up for #OTOMTG24

Excitement is building as the global otolaryngology community gets ready to gather in Miami Beach, Florida, for the specialty's premier event—now less than two weeks away!

The AAO-HNSF Annual Meeting & OTO EXPO draws over 5,000 attendees from around the world.

International Day: Monday, September 30
Aao2023 Amm (275)International Day at the AAO-HNSF 2024 Annual Meeting & OTO EXPO will feature several must-attend events, including the Humanitarian Efforts Forum, Eugene N. Myers, MD International Lecture on Head and Neck Cancer, International Advisory Board General Assembly, International General Session, and the lively International Reception, all of which are open to international attendees.

Join Us at the International Reception
International attendees are invited to relax and connect with colleagues from around the world at the International Reception starting at 6:00 pm (ET) on Monday, September 30, in the Sunset Vista Salon of the Miami Beach Conference Center (MBCC).

Weigh In on Topics of Regional Importance
All International attendees are invited to discuss topics at the forefront of otolaryngology and share pertinent regional issues and opportunities. Attendees will receive a special AAO-HNS branded gift (while supplies last). The Roundtable will take place at the Global Connections Lounge from 2:30 to 3:30 pm (ET) on Sunday, September 29.

Participate in Global Education Programming
This year’s International Symposium program includes 42 education sessions, featuring cutting-edge content presented by international physicians and offering a global perspective on key topics in otolaryngology. To view the session titles, visit the Annual Meeting Education Program in the desktop version or on the mobile app, select “Education Sessions,” and filter by “International” as the Special Focus.

Visit the Global Connections Lounge in the MBCC in Ocean Drive CD for a quiet space to meet with colleagues, relax, or work. The lounge will be open to International attendees during the following dates/times:

Saturday, September 28 | 1:00 - 6:00 pm
Monday, September 30 | 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Tuesday, October 1 | 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

For Spanish Speakers

In collaboration with the Pan American Association of Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery, the AAO-HNSF Annual Meeting will offer a full day of education sessions in Spanish on Saturday, September 28, as detailed below.
