Then Log in to Create Your Personal Schedule
Once you have registered for the 2024 Annual Meeting, you can start building your own personal schedule by logging in to the education program website using your email address and registration ID number. You can search the Education Sessions by your subspecialty, audience (e.g., private practice, academic otolaryngologist, international physician), education level, and more. When the mobile app becomes available later this month, your schedule will seamlessly sync for easy access in Miami Beach.
Save Time to Socialize
Those in the know agree—it’s important to set aside time for networking and social activities while planning your personalized Annual Meeting experience. With the best and brightest of the specialty gathering from all over the world in Miami Beach, it is the best time of the year to catch up with old friends, make new connections, and explore potential collaborations for research, career opportunities, and more. Mark your schedule to attend the meetings, General Assemblies, and social events that most interest you!
Don’t Forget You Can Catch Up Later
Recordings of almost all the Annual Meeting’s education programming will be available to registrants free of charge and for CME credit for three years after the meeting on the Academy’s education platform, OTO Logic. Although there’s no replacement for attending the events live in Miami Beach, the meeting recordings are another great way to catch up on content missed in person. Take advice from AAO-HNSF Annual Program Coordinator Daniel C. Chelius, Jr., MD, and listen to the previous year’s lectures while you work out! It’s a great way to stay in shape while you keep up to date with the latest research and technical developments in the specialty.
