Before submitting your proposal, be sure to read the Call for Science Submission Guidelines in their entirety, as they will help guide you through the criteria and requirements that apply to each of the submission categories. Even if you are an experienced submitter, the guidelines contain some updates and changes from years past, so be sure to thoroughly review them before submitting your proposals.
The AAO-HNSF encourages submissions that promote gender diversity and include members of underrepresented communities, as well as topics relevant to diversity, equity, inclusion, and cultural competence.

If you have questions regarding the submission guidelines or process or would like to request a copy of your abstract from last year, please email programs@entnet.org. Please refrain from contacting AAO-HNSF staff about the acceptance status of submitted proposals. All submitters will be contacted regarding the status of their proposal(s) in May 2026 once the decisions have been made.
