Each year, the OTO EXPO features the latest in innovative technologies and services for advancing the specialty. The OTO EXPO provides a central location for you to engage with other attendees, leaders in the specialty, industry partners, and exhibitors. This year, the OTO EXPO will feature over 200 exhibitors, representing a vast array of industries that specialize in surgical tools, robotics, imaging and video, diagnostic technology, along with a packed schedule of activities.
The mission of the OTO EXPO is to create an environment where science, education, and industry work collaboratively and encourage mutually beneficial partnerships to serve the common purpose of supporting the specialty and, ultimately, enhance patient care worldwide.

After the Opening Ceremony, which will be held Saturday, October 11, in the Indiana Convention Center, make your way to the exhibition halls for the OTO EXPO, which starts at 9:30 am.

Coffee Talk with the OPPS
Thought leaders from the Otolaryngology Private Practice Section (OPPS) will be leading roundtable discussions on key business challenges. They are scheduled for 10:00 am (ET) Sunday and Monday at Booth 1537.

Digital Scavenger Hunt
New for #OTOMTG25! A digital scavenger hunt encourages attendees to have fun exploring the OTO EXPO and the convention center. Attendees can access the game app through the Annual Meeting mobile app on their mobile devices to complete challenges and earn points.
Innovation Park
This is the inaugural year for Innovation Park. It is designed to be a dedicated area of the OTO EXPO, where startups will demonstrate the latest healthcare technologies and solutions. Discover new tools for your practice and learn about the future of the specialty.
Lunch
Lunch will be served daily (Saturday through Monday) for all attendees at the OTO EXPO, making it a fantastic opportunity to meet up with other attendees and explore the exhibits.
Take a moment to explore the over 400 posters on display at the OTO EXPO. They will be available to view any time the OTO EXPO is open, but the authors will be showcasing their work and answering questions in the poster hall during the Meet the Scientific Poster Authors Reception.

The Simulation Center will be housed in a section of the OTO EXPO this year and will feature hands-on education for CME credit. There are a variety of simulation sessions running Saturday through Monday. Read more about the simulation being offered at #OTOMTG25 in last month’s issue of the Bulletin.

Surgeons often prioritize patient care over their own wellbeing. This new OTO EXPO area experience is designed to help surgeons decompress and recharge. Chair massages, ergonomic consultations, and guided meditation sessions are just a few of the offerings. Tai Chi and yoga stretching sessions will also be offered in the mornings, along with therapeutic mural painting. The Academy hopes that surgeons take some of these actionable strategies home to implement long-term to reduce stress.
