This focused 2025 compensation survey builds on the AAO-HNS comprehensive 2023 Otolaryngology Workforce Survey and keeps salary data current between our major workforce studies. The AAO-HNS Workforce Task Force needs your participation to provide you and your colleagues with up-to-date salary benchmarks while we prepare for our next comprehensive workforce analysis in 2026. We will be benchmarking 2024 clinical, ancillary, and call compensation.
