Call for Contributions: Share Your Voice with the Bulletin
We invite you to contribute by submitting articles, topic inquiries, and multimedia content, as an individual or through your AAO-HNS/F committees.
The Bulletin, the official content hub of the American Academy of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery and its Foundation (AAO-HNS/F), represents the expertise, perspectives, and stories of its members. We invite you to contribute by submitting articles, topic inquiries, or multimedia content, either as an individual member or through your AAO-HNS/F committees.

Submission Guidelines
Word Count
We recommend that articles range between 800 and 1,500 words, but there is room to go beyond this.
Multimedia
Supplement your articles with high-quality images or videos. Ensure proper permissions for non-original materials and consent for any media featuring recognizable patients and/or minors. The Academy can aid in requesting permissions and provide publishing consent forms on request.
Originality
Submissions must be unpublished and original. Any use of AI must be disclosed.
Authorship
At least one author should be an active AAO-HNS member unless invited or approved otherwise.
All articles are edited to house style. Final drafts will be shared with authors for approval before publication.
How to Submit
Email your proposals or articles to bulletin@entnet.org or reach out to your committee’s chair and staff liaison if you are interested in co-authoring an article or contributing to an ongoing series.
