The AAO-HNSF encourages submissions that promote gender diversity and include members of underrepresented communities, as well as topics relevant to diversity, equity, inclusion, and cultural competence.
The timeframe above is inclusive of all program formats:
- Expert Lectures
- International Symposium
- Scientific Oral Presentations
- Scientific Posters
- Master of Surgery Video Presentations
- Panel Presentations
- Simulation Presentations
If you have questions regarding the submission guidelines or process or would like to request a copy of your abstract from last year, please email programs@entnet.org. Please refrain from contacting AAO-HNSF staff about the acceptance status of submitted proposals. All submitters will be contacted regarding the status of their proposal(s) in May 2025 once the decisions have been made.
