Apply Now for a Grant from the Eugene N. Myers, MD, Global Education Fund
The AAO-HNSF is pleased to announce that the inaugural application cycle for the Eugene N. Myers, MD, Global Education Fund is now open.
If you are an international otolaryngologist-head and neck surgeon working full-time in a low-income/low-resource country, you may be eligible to apply to the AAO-HNSF's new international grant program. The recently launched program was established to provide grant funds to offset costs associated with AAO-HNSF education resources and opportunities to physicians with limited or no access to otolaryngology professional development.
Examples of how this new grant can be used include:
- To offset costs to travel to and attend the 2024 AAO-HNSF Annual Meeting & OTO EXPO in Miami, Florida, September 28 – October 1
- To offset costs to participate in an observership at a U.S. institution in conjunction with an AAO-HNSF meeting/event
- To access AAO-HNSF online education tools (e.g., FLEX)
- To offset the cost of AAO-HNS annual membership dues
Applicants can apply for grants of up to USD $2,000. Applications and all required supporting documentation are due April 12.
