How long have you been at the Academy?
I have been at the Academy for three years!
What do you do as the Program Manager, Digital & Global Engagement?
My primary mission is to engage with our international members, delivering outstanding service and exceptional quality in our programs and membership benefits, while passionately promoting our Annual Meetings and other events. I proudly represent the Academy at various international congresses, where I unite with leaders from around the globe to collaboratively elevate our service for all regions.
Where is your happy place in or near the Academy's headquarters in Alexandria, Virginia?
My happy place near the Academy headquarters is to walk around Old Town and end the day with a great meal at Ada's on The River Restaurant, which offers a wonderful view of the Potomac River.
I am a twin, and I have five siblings.
Tell us about one of your most memorable moments working for the Academy.
One of my most memorable experiences at the Academy thus far was the 2022 Annual Meeting held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As my first major event, it was an incredible opportunity to collaborate with my colleagues and connect with fascinating members who shared their unique experiences in the specialty. Engaging with them and promoting the Academy filled me with joy and ignited my passion to provide our members with the highest quality education and programs.
