Otolaryngologists must be prepared as payers, government, consumers, and medical/surgical Boards all increase their demand for documentation that we are measuring performance and taking steps to make improvement when necessary. This mini-program will include sessions focused on making patient safety a national priority, advancing programs that support clinicians and patients, and techniques for understanding and reducing medical malpractice risk.
