THE OPPORTUNITY:
MemorialCare Miller Children’s & Women’s Hospital (MCWH), a leading center for pediatric care, has identified a need for and is seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Otolaryngologist to make an impact in our community.

This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who is passionate about providing comprehensive ENT care to children in a collaborative, family-centered environment with access to the latest surgical advances in otolaryngology.

The successful candidate will join SCENT ENT, a well-established Pediatric and Adult ENT group contracted with MCWH, and will practice in part within our Children’s Village, a hospital base clinic designed to bring multiple pediatric specialties and services together under one roof.

        POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:

• Diagnose and manage pediatric ear, nose, throat, and head & neck conditions.
• Perform surgical procedures such as tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, airway reconstructions, and ear surgeries.
• Opportunity to develop or participate in multidisciplinary programs such as aerodigestive, cleft/craniofacial, and complex airway
• Full access to pediatric operating rooms and anesthesia services at Miller Children’s & Women’s Hospital Long Beach
• Collaborate closely with pediatricians, audiologists, and speech-language pathologists.
• Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary clinic
• Participate in educational initiatives and multidisciplinary case discussions.
• Supported recruitment through an income guarantee from the hospital, ensuring a strong start within a high-demand service area

• Community-focused mission—serve a diverse, multi-ethnic patient population and help improve access to pediatric ENT care across the region

  QUALIFICATIONS:

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Board certified or Board eligible by the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery.
• Eligible for medical licensure in California.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
