The Department of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery at Penn State Health is seeking BC/BE Otolaryngologists to join our growing health system. Be part of a high quality academic and clinical department with research support for basic science, clinical outcomes, and clinical trial projects. Successful candidates will join a team of 15+ Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers. Applicants must have a strong commitment to patient care, resident education and research. Penn State Health is a multi-hospital health system serving patients and communities across 29 counties of Pennsylvania. Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center is the only locally based academic medical center in central Pennsylvania. The 619-bed medical center provides adults and children advanced patient-focused care for cancer, heart, vascular and neurological conditions. It is Pennsylvania’s only nationally verified Level I Trauma Center for both children and adults.

Pediatric Otolaryngologists
Seeking full-time fellowship trained candidates interested in complex pediatric head and neck care. We are poised to develop an open airway practice within our already established multidisciplinary airway programs. We have a need for additional surgeons interested in the surgical management of pediatric hearing loss and chronic ear disease. With a very large referral base and catchment area and supportive leadership, it is easy to develop the subspecialty niche of your choice here in central Pennsylvania. Appointment at the Assistant/Associate/Professor level.

Surgeon Scientist & Vice Chair of Research
Actively recruiting for a surgeon-scientist & Vice Chair of Research for the Department of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery. The selected candidate will be an independent clinician scientist with active research interests, technical expertise and independent funding. Responsibilities will include running an independent research program and clinical practice, mentoring faculty and trainee research, helping to develop collaborative programs within the Department and Institution, as well as growing the Department research and grant portfolio. Appointment at the Associate/Professor level.
